Diane Hetherington Associates (DHA) was founded in 1982 by Diane Hetherington (MCC).

Diane is a senior consultant who facilitates the development of executives and organization environments suitable for success in the 21st century. She serves as adjunct faculty at Johns Hopkins University. She is a former Hopkins Fellow in Change Management, has a M.S. in the Applied Behavioral Sciences from Johns Hopkins and is a graduate of the 18 month Organization and Systems Development Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. She is a Coach Trainer and Certified Coach with the Success Unlimited Network® and a former president of the Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network.
